If you are looking for an alternative way to work out in the pool and get the most out of your swim, then try Swimfit.

Swimfit provides everything you need to motivate, challenge and support you to reach your fitness goals. Whether that is to lose weight, to tone, to improve technique or just to become fitter and stronger.

It is a fun and effective way to get those results you want, and because water is 800 times denser than air you are most likely to get there a lot quicker than any other workout!

Swimfit is your very own motivational tool for the pool which you can do any time or as part of a class with an instructor.

The great thing about Swimfit is you can tailor your session to suit your individual needs – there are 30 session cards ranging from 10 to 120 lengths displayed pool side so there is a card available for all abilities and fitness levels.

You have two options – you can follow these session cards independently and progress at your own rate (Swimfit Activate) or you can take part in an instructor led session (Swimfit Activate+).

You can also take part in a Swimfit Activate+ Gym session which aims to incorporate high impact, high calorie burning circuit style activities into your workout.
